This short, high-impact development workshop aims to improve individual and team performance with minimal disruption to the working day. 
Building resilience will raise your awareness of how you respond to stress and help you be more effective at dealing with it. It will also help you understand others and their reactions.

Course benefits

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Building resilience explains the impact of personality on how we respond and behave under pressure. The module explores the natural processes that individuals go through when operating under stress. 
Workshop participants receive a personalised MBTI Stress Management Report, highlighting how they can recognise and minimise the impact of workplace stress. Combined with interactive exercises and the completion of a reflective workbook, Building resilience rapidly equips people with a robust framework and tools for managing stress and building resilience.
The workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams, and requires everyone to have attended our 180-minute module, MBTI I feedback.
All of our courses are available in a range of locations, including in-company.
