Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), the 210-minute Convincing Conversations workshop explains the impact of personality on communicating and influencing styles. By discovering how people use their own preferences to communicate with and influence others, participants are able to identify where they may need to adjust and develop their own style to maximise effectiveness.
